This is a very scarce type and denomination for the state of California with only about ten $100 DB's known for the whole state. The note has excellent margins and color with bold printed signatures. The last time one of these came up for auction, it brought $9200 in 2011. A rare opportunity to pick up a high denomination national on Los Angeles. PCGS mentions a very minor ink mark on the front and some tiny pinholes. PCGS graded Very Fine 25. Estimate Value $8,000 - 12,000
